Sleeping Lady Vineyard, located on Yountville's southern edge, is the coolest of the three Cabernet Franc sites. This cooling effect from the bay allows for longer hang time and preservation of the grape's natural acidity. Sleeping Lady enables us to express the finesse and sexiness of Cabernet Franc. On the nose, an explosion of savory herbs like thyme and sage. The palate is beautifully soft with flavors of freshly picked Maine blueberries and a cocoa finish.
